Cell-C Heightens the Customer Experience with Remote Device Management

Edison, New Jersey, USA – 28 February, 2007 - Cell-C, South Africa’s newest and most innovative wireless telecommunications company, is to use device management in order to use next generation wireless technology to its full potential.

Cell-C will use the MFORMATION SERVICE MANAGER™ suite to remotely manage its device portfolio, and will benefit from real-time control over devices. The solution is integrated with HP’s Automatic Device Detection (ADD) software and will allow Cell-C to remotely detect and configure phones and devices throughout all phases of their life, allowing the operator to use next-generation wireless technology profitably.
