Mformation Appoints Todd DeLaughter as Chief Executive Officer

Former Opalis Software and HP Executive to Expand and Strengthen Mformation’s Device Management Leadership

EDISON, New Jersey, USA – December 21, 2009 - Mformation® Technologies Inc., the leading provider of advanced mobile device management (MDM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Todd DeLaughter as Mformation’s Chief Executive Officer. DeLaugher will use his more than 24 years of software, IT and telecommunications experience to expand the company’s leadership position in the rapidly growing device management marketplace.

Todd comes to Mformation with a proven track record of defining and delivering complex software products worldwide for the IT and telecommunications industries. He was most recently president and CEO of Opalis Software, an independent IT Process Automation company. His career also includes over 20 years at HP and Compaq in a wide range of executive, engineering, marketing and product management roles in North America and Europe, including leading HP’s OpenView Business Unit.
