mFormation Names Kent Sander to Board of Directors

EDISON, New Jersey - January 25, 2005 - mFormation® Technologies Inc. (http://www.mformation.com), a leading provider of innovative wireless device management software, today announced the appointment of Kent Sander, former President and COO of TruePosition Inc., to its board of directors.

Mr. Sander retains a prominent position in the wireless communications industry. He is currently President of International Operations and on the Board of Directors at TruePosition Inc., one of the world’s largest wireless location product companies and a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation [NYSE: L, LMC.B]. Before that he spent a number of years at Ericsson in a variety of prominent roles including Vice President and General Manager of their Radio Systems division, leading their wireless product sales and marketing in North America, and several other international management assignments.
