mFormation Names Rowan Scranage as Vice President of Sales, EMEA

EDISON, New Jersey - December 22, 2003 - mFormation Technologies Inc., a leading provider of innovative wireless device management software, today announced the appointment of Rowan Scranage as Vice President of Sales, EMEA. Scranage will be responsible for driving sales and adoption of mFormation’s software into European, Middle Eastern and African mobile operators and service providers.

Scranage comes to mFormation with more than 13 years of telecommunications sales and management experience. Most recently, he served as Sales Director of the Global Accounts Group at SmartTrust.
