Mformation Software Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for Technical Leads for Product Quality Assurance in our Bangalore, India office.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing, automating, scripting, implementing and debugging software test plans/test cases
  • Defining and evaluating test objectives, strategies and standards
  • Create project plan and driving all aspects of project releases
  • Contribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product
  • Develop QA Documentation
  • Work closely with software development team
  • Define metrics to manage and improve release processes, defect reports, defect prevention, development efficiency, and quality
  • Comply to common work processes, test standards, tools and coordinating test activities across project teams to meet business and customer needs

General requirements

Required:

  • Experience in test case development and test execution
  • Experience driving a team technically
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, Oracle and JBoss/WebLogic-based, scalable, high-availability telecom/mobile applications on a UNIX platform
  • Good communication skills

Desireable:

  • Hands-on experience with the automated testing tools (e.g., RTP, QTP) and the development of automation scripts
  • Experience with telecom application development (mobile/NMS/billing)
  • Experience working as a QA engineer in a product development organization
  • Ability to work independently and work in a team as well as in a cross functional environment

Education and work experience:

  • BE / ME with at least 65% aggregate in all qualifications
