Mformation Software Technologies India Pvt Ltd is looking for Technical Leads for Server Development in our Bangalore, India office.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in complete product development life cycle of MDM software
  • Ensure quality product delivery on time
  • Technically leading a team of high-energy professionals
  • Carry out effort estimation and risk analysis of a project and taking a product through the entire life-cycle in order to improve the space-time performance, usability/reliability
  • Work with multiple teams to solve customer issues and problems
  • Write and review technical specifications

General requirements

Required:

  • Experience developing scalable, highly available, distributed applications using J2EE (JSP, taglibs, Servlets, JBI/JMS), Oracle and WebLogic/JBoss on UNIX platforms, preferably using the Maven environment
  • Experience developing Web-services APIs and using Axis servlet or the equivalent
  • Technically hands-on having in-depth knowledge of the software design and development
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • 8+ years relevant experience

Desireable:

  • Telecom application development experience is preferred (mobile/NMS/billing)
  • Engineering experience working in a product development organization
  • Ability to work independently or work in a team as well as in a cross functional environment 

Education and work experience:

  • BE / ME with at least 65% aggregate in all qualifications
