Mark Effinger, VP of Global Services and Support

Mark Effinger has more than 23 years of telecommunications and software industry experience. Prior to joining Mformation, he was most recently Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Engineering at Telcordia, a leading global provider of telecommunications network software and services for IP, wire-line, wireless and cable service providers, where he was responsible for field technical support and sales engineering.

At Telcordia, Mark managed a global team of senior engineers supporting Telcordia customers around the world. He also managed the bids and proposals function, which generated hundreds of millions of dollars in annual offers. He joined Telcordia in 1986 after having started with the Bell System in 1984 at Wisconsin Bell Telephone Company (now part of AT&T). At Telcordia, Mark also held roles in software development, quality assurance & testing, systems engineering, strategy, and project management, and served as Chief OSS Architect. Mark holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California.
